I'm natural WHY person dedicated to creating meaningful experiences but also emotionally resonant. I believe that good design is about much more than just solving problems – it's about creating connections between people and technology.
After years of working as a creative fine dining chef, I found myself drawn to the world of digital design. Though the industries may seem disparate at first glance, I saw a common thread between them: a dedication to craft, a passion for aesthetics, and a desire to create experiences that engage and delight. Once I understood that I could benefit from crazy creative process of michelin-starred restaurants I used to work at, I never looked back. I find that digital design offers a different kind of creative fulfillment that stays longer, one that allows me to combine my technical skills with my artistic sensibilities.
Ultimately, my current state of focus is to use my skills to make the world a better place by improving people's experiences with technology. Through my university studies of International Business in Prague, UX design studies at Cornell University and years spent in tech start-up environment I strive to apply this knowledge to create digital products that are not only more user-friendly, accessible and impactful but also commercially attractive. This have to come hand in hand.
Design matters. Big picture is always more important than a pat on the back. More fails means earlier success. Everything on this planet is somehow designed. But only some stuff is designed well. I believe in the design power to make a positive impact on the world that goes beyond aesthetics. I see design as a tool for innovation and integral part of any organization's strategy which can be used to drive growth, increase efficiency, represent critical component of business progress on one side but follow, defend and strengthen social ethics on the other.
