Joined Storyous from the field (sales), shifted into the intersection of product + business development. Later led the Spain expansion from Madrid, rebuilding a nonexistent sales team and the process behind it.

• Co-created user flows + IA for Storyous Admin and MyStoryous to streamline stock and daily ops.
• Partnered with PM/UX to simplify Stock Management onboarding and key tasks.
• Worked on Storyous Market platform + DameJidlo × MAKRO integrations to enable automatic orders directly from the POS.
2) GTM Enablement
• In Spain, hired then reframed the team (promoted technicians with product love into consultative sellers).
• Designed The Playbook: a step-by-step sales system from first contact to signed contract—talk tracks, objections, demos, and close.
