Turned product insight into sales momentum.

Joined Storyous from the field (sales), shifted into the intersection of product + business development. Later led the Spain expansion from Madrid, rebuilding a nonexistent sales team and the process behind it.

Problems to solve.

• POS buyers drowning in operational complexity; stock features under-adopted.
• Expansion stalled in Spain; no working sales engine.
• Integrations (delivery/wholesale) needed a clean path from product to revenue.

What I did.

1) Product & UX
Co-created user flows + IA for Storyous Admin and MyStoryous to streamline stock and daily ops.
• Partnered with PM/UX to simplify Stock Management onboarding and key tasks.
Worked on Storyous Market platform + DameJidlo × MAKRO integrations to enable automatic orders directly from the POS.

2) GTM Enablement
In Spain, hired then reframed the team (promoted technicians with product love into consultative sellers).
Designed The Playbook: a step-by-step sales system from first contact to signed contract—talk tracks, objections, demos, and close.
